I use both Japanese and English.
As the language gap is big, I try not to have a split of my personality in two languages. Or to minimize the gap of how I speak and think. As a long term, I don't thin it is very healthy to have the split of my personality in two languages everyday.
Similarly, it may not be healthy to have a split of personality online and in real life. It does affect daily life.

my husband's newer phone takes a better pic than my old one. No correction no extra lighting. 
One good thing I did after 9II is getting rid of my TV. I was tired of watching war news all the time. Back then I was living in Japan. But we saw everything on time. It was too much stimulus for me.

I stopped using a client which I liked in terms of UX and speed. I noticed I check nostr less addictively, now, and enjoy more. Better design and speed increase usability. But def more addictive.
open-source and the de-centralized nostr gives me a choice and make me think about the stuff I never noticed.

Always marveled: flowers know how to be beautiful with complementary colors.
Then, I realize. They look to be complementary colors because of our perception process system. Their colors look different to animals etc.
