I really want to like CoinPoker. I might even overlook that it is "powered" by a shitcoin, but I cannot ignore what looks like an open lie about "no kyc".
From the landing page https://coinpoker.com I quote, " No KYC, decentralized blockchain poker." Similar no kyc claims are made by several poker site reviewers with repect to CoinPoker.
BUT https://coinpoker.com/wp-content/uploads/aml-kyc-policy.pdf demonstrates a huge misrepresentation. Check out Section 3. Identification of the Customer.
Looks like same old scam. Easy to initially put funds on (while temporarily classified as a low risk customer), but hard to take off when reclassified later. Sigh.

The difficulty in this presention is that electricity consumption is a component of GDP.
Standard of Living does seem to be driven at least in part by
Energy Consumption * Efficiency of Usage
where efficiency is a measure of energy applications' ability to increase individuals' (subjective) welfare.
If individual decisions or markets direct energy consumption toward efficient applications, energy consumption will naturally be positively correlated with standard of living. Worthy of note:
1. In an environment of finite, diminishing energy supply, the above positive correlation will exist at each point in time -- even if everyone's standard of living is declining over time (which would be bad).
2. Diminishing energy supply might be induced by a physical constraint on the availability of energy over time. It also might result from government regulations restricting energy availability -- or even from massive destruction of infrastructure due to war or a catastrophic natural event.

For baked goods, I use lard, buttter, or a combination. Butter is often best for flavor, lard for texture. I use a 50-50 mix for pie crusts. Coconut oil is is good when a hint of coconut flavor complements the overall presentation.
Experiment a little, enjoy the adventure. Nice to see more home bakers out there.
