Gm everyone! Up and getting some coffee and last minute things done this morning. Getting my electric panel upgraded today and tomorrow. It’s been a long needed repair, so I’m looking forward to finally getting it done. ☕️ and a book today while I’m without power.

My first Automatic chronograph #Watchstr. I had no intent on purchasing a new watch but I had to investigate this bargain. Long story short this watch is vintage at this point, but technically new old stock. The watch is Automatic movement but is packaged in a box that has quartz tags so they charged quartz price 🤷🏿♂️ After thorough research I came to the conclusion that this couldn't be a quartz watch, and also it would feature the Valjoux 7753 movement according to research. It's certainly a automatic Chronograph 😍

Been using them for DCA for years, but my last purchase got credited but never pulled from my bank account. Spoke with my bank this morning, they don’t see any attempted charges from Strike.
I re-linked it and settled the difference but nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 still for some reason can’t pull the funds from my account. I linked another account I have with a different bank this morning. Again, nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 has credited my account but nothing has been taken from my bank.
Also, my entire account, including settled funds and bitcoin has been restricted, so I’m unable to pay the balance with the bitcoin I have already purchased. Or receive new bitcoin from cold storage to settle the discrepancy.

+1 for the Grand Seiko. I’ve heard really good things about the GS HAQ GMT, and it looks so good! There lots of options. Have you seen the longines spirit Zulu time?
I’m looking at despite telling myself I’m not buying any watches this year… I’ve been looking at dive GMTs. 😂 we shall see how long my sabbatical lasts 😅.
