With rear cameras being so prevalent in vehicles now the louvers wouldnt be that much of an issue, that said Im still not a fan of them. And I agree it is more pleasing to look at than a camper shell , but im gonna stick to my tonneau .
Its like a fusion of a tonneau cover and camper shell ,my only aesthetic/practical ding is the louvers .
Personally I prefer someone like Prime 1 studios ,but there so freakin expensive.

Bill was dead by the time I was legally able to buy a handgun in my state ,didnt learn about the mag stuff until years later. All that aside ,almost everything I have gotten from Ruger has been well built and reliable with great customer service. Except for this POS in my opinion , had it for a year then sold it for a the then new first gen SR9, which had its issues , that Ruger promptly took care of.
I almost bought a Sub-2000 on one than more occasion ,but then Ruger came out with the PC carbine and I my want of a sub-2000 disappeared like a fart in the wind.
