Very interesting, I have a few questions about this.

Is this feature still going to require providing name, dob, country of residence etc to primal, as setting up the wallet does now?

Is is there some central server like a primal server needed to get this to work? Or is it relays and ecash mints only?

i actually like npub.prob BECAUSE it hides the nostr layer. people don't really need to know that they're using nostr. for example, web pages don't have links to explain http or links to w3c.org. i do realize that many websites did have this in the early days, so maybe minimal links in the footer to nostr.com could be beneficial or something along those lines?

Clients should refuse to fetch profile pics that weight more than... 50Kb?

And of course if they allow to upload them, a sensible resize is needed.

And we romanticize the past. When I was a teenager, we would watch MTV for 8 hours per day and there was a raging crack and STD epidemic.
