Hope so

The best thing our generation did was raise the next one.

I have 2 lovely kids so yep 🤙

Same. 🤙

I've noticed that people who don't have kids tend to be more negative about Da Youth.

They only know teenagers and twenty-somethings from Internet videos of those people acting up, and they aren't reflective enough to realize that the people making the video and posting it and sharing it... are also young.

Read "The Fourth Turning Is Here".

i'll keep this receipt for later when you start talking about the nonbinary girl who serves you at the supermarket with a sneering attitude

*Person/They/Them😬.

my main memory of the brief time i passed through Austria - or maybe it was Switzerland - was being served by one of these short haired man hating cows at a petrol station

these sterile, neutered bitches were the plague of my late 20s and it's only got worse since then

A good summation😬.

She's 40.

like i said, they started appearing as i was in my late teens and it's been downhill since then

Some yes others not so much overall I’m hopeful based on historical patterns.

The bad has gotten worse, but the majority has improved.

the millennials and zoomers are all starting to realise what a shitshow they got in front of them, look at the EU election results

and yeah, getting the little plot in the country and growing your own food is a growing trend in the younger generation, but unfortunately most of them also believe having childrens is bad for the environment

Most young people dream of getting married and having a family. They desire that *more* than the older people, not less.

They've become more tolerant of alternative lifestyles, but their dreams and ideals are more wholesome.

Even those who don't want to get married aren't usually celebate because they want to sleep around.

And we romanticize the past. When I was a teenager, we would watch MTV for 8 hours per day and there was a raging crack and STD epidemic.

It also used to be a regular occurance that someone would get drunk and run their car into a tree. Those same people act all judgmental, now, when they hear about some teenagers grilling vegan bratwurst while sharing a joint. It be like,

Bro, I once had to drove you to the ER because you nearly died of alcohol poisoning, and you've got three different Baby Mammas, but okay.

of course as a woman and a mother the "safety" thing pleases you, the young ones are afraid to do anything anymore, they barely even can talk what they think anymore, they feel more isolated from the world than any generation before them but ok our dangerous freedom was just nostalgia

i wasn't talking about safety i was talking about freedom, you can't have freedom without being able to do dangerous things

they have programmed these kids into such a cotton wrapped ultrasafe imaginary world view in which the government is going to save them but ok, there's nothing wrong with that now is there, the surveillance of everything they do, the data collection, the social networks that monitor and manipulate everything they do, that coerce and cajole and manipulate them to believe things so they won't get mad about all the rest of the freedoms they are rugging one by one

prime example of why you don't let women run a society, they don't have a concept of the value of taking risks without going to extremes in thinking that risk taking is inherently a bad thing

you be careful in your house and your kitchen, they are dangerous places, the most common place to die is literally in your kitchen, or bathroom, i'm not sure which, but one of those two

the female brain is very easy to get lost in fear and danger and that's why men run things because we protect you from that

the kids these days are scared shitless and without hope if we don't somehow reverse the course of the endless centralisation of control and manipulation of people's minds, and that's not gonna be something you are gonna have much to do with, stick to your library and don't talk about things you don't understand

When I was a teenager, biggest concern was that oil reservoirs gets exhausted ... And obviously the cold war...

Always was

True. Evolution never ends.

The improvements skip a generation. Boomers leeched off of society, millenials are stagnant and pessimistic, and Gen Alpha is full of iPad kids.
