Just redid my home network with OPNsense 🎉

My old (OpenWRT) router lives on as a dumb AP. Can't wait to break my internet constantly as I tinker with it over the next few weeks

Just undid a boost on accident- sorry to whoever's post that was

nostr:npub14a6q6xvt4wuv0wpdpfr336e4fweldtu6np3ehpw55h83xuw2h2zsgyz6rn wasn't there a project on GitHub for Monero node operators that kept a wallet of the admin's choice up to date so as to render sync times effectively nonexistent? I can't seem to find it but I swear I saw something along those lines a few months ago

All I can see are a bunch of zap receipts signed by nostr:npub1hcwcj72tlyk7thtyc8nq763vwrq5p2avnyeyrrlwxrzuvdl7j3usj4h9rq- the event json itself seems perfectly normal at a glance. I'm to lazy to do any more digging right now, I should be sleeping anyways

Just stumbled across this after it was shared in a Matrix room, and I'm a little too sleep deprived to look at it critically right now. I'll give it another look in the morning inshaAllah.

It occured to me that people here might both enjoy and not know about #PagedOut

https://pagedout.institute/

"Paged Out! is a free experimental (one article == one page) technical magazine about programming (especially programming tricks!), hacking, security hacking, retro computers, modern computers, electronics, demoscene, and other similar topics."

Any OpenSnitch users out there? I'm considering installing it & I'd like to hear your comments

I use Logseq personally as it's FOSS- it works well for me but others may want to wait until their internal rewrite is done (will probably take ~1 year at the current rate)
