I am pretty sure 12 developers could very much change bitcoin. Matter fact they could even change the amount of bitcoin.
I understand that a home should be deflationary. However, the global growth in population and the shortage in housing globally. There will be continued investment interest in real estate. Especially as the citizens of emerging markets move into the middle class. The demand for housing and better housing I think far out ways putting your money into #bitcoin and hoping it keeps up with inflation.
