#1 Following: Jesus the Annointed King. Why?๐Ÿค”๐Ÿง Jesus created the universe. He claims all as benevolent King, and I cordially invite you to voluntarily join his expanding Kingdom. I believe that #bitcoin is a significant tool for taking back power from the forces of darkness. Read me here: https://peakd.com/a/@creatr/b Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather

i just have had this pain in especially the bottom right one for maybe 4 months, and i was drinking a lot of wine, so i'm doing the basic first steps if it is kidney stone(s) - drink around 2L water a day, some citrus juices (citric acid attacks calcium oxalate and makes it tend to dissolve)

if it's something more serious than stones, then i guess the process might be slower

for sure i'm looking at the coffee situation and thinking probably it would help if i cut back there too, just because it makes me more likely to dehydrate, and that probably contributes to accretion

years ago i had gout, definitely sitting in a chair for too many hours while also being dehydrated plays into this, so, idk, drink less alcohol and coffee, cut back on sugar or cut it out (also starches) try to drink 2L of water every day

i'm not sure if there is any part in this involving boron also... it's not well known or considered to be common but my aunt put me onto the interesting fact that boron deficiency causes the kidneys to eliminate calcium, magnesium and vitamin D

it could well be since a common factor here is calcium, and the composite effect of dehydration AND boron stimulating elimination has meant that my calcium levels have been especially bad... my bones and ligaments heal slowly too, i've got a bit of an inkling that this ding in my knee that is still hurting pretty bad while all the other injuries are almost resolved points towards bone damage as well

the boron thing is 5g/L, 50ml a day, and it additionally helps not just with bone density issues it has benefits on hormones as well, and as you may know these impact calcium and bone metabolism and can lead to pain as well, it isn't harmful to take boron just that usually you already have enough, but if you don't, i strongly suspect there is a whole constellation of problems, especially womens problems and menopause related that can play into this

my auntie said that boron pretty much fixed her menopause problem and i am only sad that i never heard of this when my mother was going through it cos she got it real bad, and osteo porosis, almost had a hip fracture, poor thing... and she also has some kind of ongoing problem with muscle cramps especially in toes and hands that is mostly remedied by diligent hydration

so there is a lot of stuff going on and hydration and electrolytes are definitely at the centre of it all

Thanks for all the details...

I've got to read up on boron...

Reminds me of people supplementing with borax.๐Ÿ˜ƒ

And as more and more small enterprises stop interacting with the gangs of thugs cumulatively known as "the state," plebs become freer.

This approach has been called "Agorism," and bitcoin and nostr are outstanding tools to facilitate removing our enterprises from under state oppression.๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Sorry Mom, I'm not being critical; just trying to look out for you!?๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

I do love seeing creative ideas batted around.โ™ฅ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’–

Brainkeys are the most secure (assuming the key itself has sufficient entropy), at least until senility/Alzheimer's/stroke/brain damage occurs...๐Ÿ˜œ

There will always be a place for trust/counterparties/family in a fallen universe.๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿง๐Ÿค”

BAD idea, Mom!๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

(Unless you're talking about very small amounts)...

Could easily be done as securely as any other key storage method. You'd simply have to secure your physical key by whatever method and level of security makes you comfortable.

The physical key itself would simply be engraved with a pattern representing the bitcoin private key, and a suitable reader designed. Conceptually, much like a QR code.๐Ÿ˜†

Sorry, but you'll have to exclude me from your universal categorization; the beauty is quite evident.๐Ÿซ‚๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ˜
