Há tempos não ia a um chopis centis (quanta gente, quanta alegria!). Haveria encenação d'O Auto da Compadecida. Chegando cedo demais, o jeito foi gastar tempo numa daquelas livrarias desertas. Meu espanto foi haver estantes de livros diversos organizados por cor de capa.

Uepa! Valeu, cara. Sei que você saberá lê-lo no que tiver de melhor ou pior.

Mas, quanto à percepção geral, já me conformei com o bordão “Ronald escreveu um livro para atacar a nova direita do Instagram”. Ok. Mas esse foi só o ponto de partida. Se consegui ir além ou não, aí é outra coisa. É realmente um livro “contra a vida intelectual” em sentido amplo e até no sentido mais genuíno. Ou pelo menos o concebi assim.
