i swear there was some significant progress on this though, i just can't find it!
Alright, I think I'm going to migrate to npub19jescdjr3wk552j3q77f3awwhe4qy2ds24xce773exd28nr7emqsm2pt7r finally gave a nip-07 extension (nos2x) a go.
Nothing more frustrating than trying to find a post you *know* exists. The quintessential nostr experience lol.
Long Shot: nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m didn't you put up a bounty for "github"-over-nostr? Or am I getting my Jacks mixed up? (apologies if so)
So I guess it *is* just an attack then?

I'm a tentative NACK on drivechains in general, but a hard NACK on this current attempt to ram it through.
i haven't tried anything yet tbh
Finally tried phoenix, pretty smooth. I still need to figure out how to "properly" remote control my c-lightning node for sovereign operation (lightning-cli isn't such a great ux lol)
As far as I know, it has not been 99.5F in my garage during this heat wave, let alone *consistently* 99.5F and yet, here we have a little miracle. Who needs incubators anyway?!
What ever came of that "github" on nostr effort? I feel like I asked this recently but iris isn't loading my past posts right now lol
Pretty incredible indictment of my brain, two months ago I read and (I believe) completely grokked BIP-352, asked some questions and confirmed my understanding.
Today, I barely remember a single detail. I need to reread it in its entirety lol
Yeah I labeled this identity "AdemanTemp" precisely because I've treated it like a dirty hoor
What NIP-07 browser plugin do you use?
apparently what i had in mind already exists: NIP-07
The problem on twitter where you're trying to interact with (or just read) a post, and it scrolls away and disappears, is 10,000x worse on nostr (at least iris, not to throw them under the bus). I know it's still early but damn...
I'm not sure what the solution is, other than aggressive client side caching, and/or smarter caching relays that aggregate for you.
nostr:npub15879mltlln6k8jy32k6xvagmtqx3zhsndchcey8gjyectwldk88sq5kv0n any thoughts?
I have a *very* cheap egg incubator, and I can't run it in the brick fireplace anymore because the baby is now a toddler and will get into it.
I can put it in the garage but it feels like a giant fire hazard, (my garage is packed with crap) so I'd like to put it in some kind of fire resistant box for the unlikely case where it might catch fire.
Does anyone have any ideas for what sort of off-the-shelf enclosure might work? I've found "Electrical Enclosure"s seem like they fit the bill, but most of them are 3+ times more expensive than the incubator itself, I'd rather go a bit cheaper, but not-burning-the-house-down is obviously a higher priority.
Not a fan of how I have no idea when or who follows me. Not sure if that's just a practical thing (you'd have to monitor all kind 3s?) but it kind of sucks.
This new iris layout is different and I hate change
I started looking into implementing this (It does look like WebExtensions *do* support this, you just need a content script to proxy between the actual page and the background page), but it seems that nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm already does exactly this? Neat!
