I know the answers to some of these already:
- no penalty to paying off the loan early
- you can add more collateral at the start I believe
- no re-hypothecation
- you get notified when the LTV number gets to 65 I believe. There is a separate transfer wallet within the application where you can stash additional collateral in the event that you need to add more
Morning shawn
Same. Just downloaded it. I wanna try it with others but nobody else has it
Good morning nostr fam.
Hoping on a phone call with Ledn today to ask more about their bitcoin backed loans. Are there any questions that you may have that I could ask them?

Going from lightning to onchain cold storage. Using atomic / submarine swaps.
Same. Safest way I’ve found is the stonewall transactions from in sparrow wallet
Doing swaps from nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm hub has been a great experience so far. Very easy.
Not really, I haven’t done it yet but it’s fairly straightforward. But, I have heard things about how the coinjoins were later compromised. I’m not sure how true that is though
Any nostr:npub1jw7scmeuewhywwytqxkxec9jcqf3znw2fsyddcn3948lw9q950ps9y35fg users here? From what I understand, getting a few friends in on a coinjoin can reduce the fees. Curious to hear what others think and if I could schedule a mix with someone.
Top that!

#Bitcoin itself is the yield.
A key metric lately is the growing inflow of capital from larger players. Outflows are small, and with institutions and 401k access opening up, we’re seeing serious capital enter the space. That compresses volatility and adds strength to the network.
It’s not about needing more people, but it’s about capital deployment.
As long as the network remains decentralized and secure, nothing will stop this train.
An incredibly unfortunate situation - a family’s home in my dad’s neighborhood was struck by lightning not too long ago. Completely destroyed. Nothing left to salvage.
I passed by it yesterday and happened to have my Leica with me. The family obviously isn’t living there anymore, and the front door was slightly ajar. I pushed it open, curious to see inside. The first thing that caught my eye was this one detail - a sign still hanging on the wall that read “Simply Blessed.”
Ironic, but also deeply sad.

Volume of people < volume of capital
Do you see it in your app? I’m not
Cool to hear that Square is integrating lighting payments now. Anyone have that in their app yet? I’m not seeing it in mine.
For sure, I don't shoot film. This is digital.
Haha it’s become an extension of us. For the worse, probably. I do try and bring my camera with me everywhere though. That’s why I love small compact cameras and prime lenses like the 35. Here’s my bae.

Love the Ricoh
Depends on the photograph. If we’re talking quality, phone images don’t have that feel like a full frame or medium format sensor has for rendering light. You can make beautiful photos with a phone. However, it will lack some of the “breadth” of a full frame dslr sensor, or analogue film.

I wonder if the adoption rate of nodes using Knots follows a power law. Would make since coming from the system that does. Fractal.
Got another
