I agree but with so much great content, my “should I zap” decision tree generally always ends with: has this significantly helped me or changed my thought process in any way? YES: #zap

I easily shift from task to task without thinking about it. It’s been years and I recently found that this is likely some form of ADHD or Autism (not really sure).
