One thing I’ve learned through Bitcoin is that I’m a slave to the system. Bitcoin has flipped my beliefs in so many ways: economically, financially, and even redefining what ownership, freedom, and privacy truly mean.
You come to Bitcoin for the gains, but you stay for the awakening.
I’ve always liked The Matrix movie, but only now, with Bitcoin, do I truly understand it.

As a modest investor, I’ve always liked the stock market, gold, and #Bitcoin, and each has its place in my portfolio. However, since diving deeper into Bitcoin, its percentage has steadily grown because I’ve come to truly understand its nature.
Bitcoin has completely flipped my perspective on what ownership really means. Unlike gold or stocks, Bitcoin offers unconfiscable, borderless, and permissionless property, something I now value above all else.

In #Spain, the start of 2025 has brought a wave of tax increases:
- Electricity VAT jumped from 10% to 21%.
- Higher self-employment contributions.
- Increased income tax rates on savings.
- New taxes on profits earned abroad.
- Introduction of a new waste management tax.
- Higher Social Security contributions for both employers and employees.
- Removal of deductions for energy-efficient home improvements.
- VAT on eggs, milk, legumes, fruit, vegetables, and olive oil increased from 2% to 4%.
It seems governments love keeping people poor 💩
Resolutions for 2025:
- Run my own #Bitcoin node.
- Set up and manage my own #Lightning node.
- Master #Rust.
- Stack at least 1,000,000 #sats.
- Read at least 10 books to grow knowledge and perspective.

After almost 15 years of working—starting as an intern and growing into a senior engineer—I’ve spent most of my career chasing higher earnings. But for much of that time, I ignored the loss of purchasing power caused by fiat money. Inflation sucks, guys.
Imagine working 9-to-5 for over a decade, only to watch central banks dissolve half your savings through their reckless policies. #Bitcoin isn’t just a hype for me, it’s true #freedom and #sovereignty, a way to escape the rat race by breaking their rules (and my chains).
The more I understand #Bitcoin, the more I realize it’s not about getting rich, it’s about building a better world. A world free from the careless decisions of a political elite that sees us as nothing more than numbers.
Helping others understand this freedom, orange-pilling them, isn’t just a choice; it’s a responsibility.

I get your concern. For example, I follow both hashtags and specific users, and I haven’t experienced anything too bad yet. But yes, my timeline is increasing day by day, and sometimes it’s difficult to follow. I haven’t noticed much AI usage though 🤔 (or maybe I don't know how yet)
