They did it to punish the people for voting for President Trump back in 2016. I believe there was an open threat mid way through his administration similar to the threat given to both France and Germany back in 2013 when they requested their gold back. Those countries were punished by having to accept the Syrian refugees. That then circles back to McCain and his weapons dumping.
Well, President Trump did pardon him so in theory he can support an administration in any capacity to help protect the Constitution.
At this point I believe we need to take a tactical approach rather than an emotional one. Have someone you can trust with prior military experience. The reason why is because if they attempt to take Trump out then we move the military experienced VP into a Commander-in-Chief position. It's a military operation at that point.
