Most people here attribute these philosophies to bitcoin. As if bitcoin itself is changing the world. Rather its the ideas that radiate from it and the people whose actions espouse those ideals that will change the world.

Don't place the onus on bitcoin. As good as it is, it's lifeless after all. It wont change lives, the people who use it as a tool will change lives.

The world was once shaken by the quintessential American espousing the "American Dream". There is a new era coming and this new personage is not tied to a nationality, geographic location, or thing.
