Do any relay frameworks support storage limit functionality, where once that limit is hit, the oldest content is deleted to make room for newer?

Let the user know what relays are being used and for what, let the user decide, make it not a hassle.

Reduce network usage. Instead of downloading the same duplicated info from 20 relays, we can download it from the fastest relays first and ask the others to send everything that is not included in the Merkle tree.
