Today some paddle boarding, a 20 min walk, 60 sec plank.

In a weird twist of time shenanigans, DAY 11/31 was spent flying DAY12/31 was a haze of unpacking and reorganising life in NZ after an amazing time with family in Canada… and with the time difference, it’s now day 13, even though it’s still the 12th in the Northern Hemisphere so I’m going with DAY 12/31 because I started this challenge on Vancouver time!
