When you're following lightning development super closely, it can seem frustratingly slow. But if you zoom out, it's phenomenal. - Ability to click on a website for it.

Each bitaxe is about 15W. You might want to wait and go with the bigger quad or hex versions that use multiple chips per PCB. They are also 12v and so no need for the 5v buck.
