I'm already making progress on this weekend's goals; I wrote one new piece for the blog and scanned a bunch of pages from the January 1980 issue of The Trader Speaks into my digital archives.
One of my favorite things from back issues of TTS is seeing all the game's greats who were regular signers at card shows. Brooklyn's second Baseball Card And Sports Memorabilia Show had Cal Abrams, Gener Hermanski, and Billy Loes!

did you know that you can run your very own nostr relay on your current computer? windows, mac, and linux can all run this simple relay software from your system tray.
find the correct relay software for your system here:

after installing, add the relay ws://localhost:4869 to your relay configuration inside your favorite nostr client.
continue creating notes and sending zaps as normal. you'll now have a local backup of all of your content. that's it!

- Write a short article about the 1938 OPC Horrors of War cards
- Find one cool item to share from the famous April 2004 Non-Sport auction (they were mostly from OPC’s archives)
- Get 10 recently graded SGC pre-war cards ready for eBay
- Scan one vintage hobby publication for the archives, and to share with the hobby
