adapting the search backend into a new relay "noah". written in rust, with postgres as of right now.
goal is to create a monolithic (yet modular) relay that has a variety of features that are toggleable at build time. think quality of life such as advanced search, some kind of algo, web config ui, etc.
To anyone that has used the search tool: any feedback?
