I know this sounds strange but do look into canned sardines in oil for protein. They deliver more nutrients (and heavy metal) than eggs in some cases. Maybe have them a couple of days a week.

This is probably a far cry but does anyone know how to recover the money I had in a custodial mutiny wallet? I went to sleep and when I woke up @mutinywallet no longer supported custodial wallets and now Im left with a seed password and some JSON file with the movements.
