Natural organic tofu, mayonnaise made from almond butter, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, a little turmeric powder, Kala Namak salt, garlic powder, pickles, capers and onion sprouts.

Why? Eating eggs leads to a very short lifespan full of suffering for many chickens. Male chicks are shredded or gassed alive. Animal suffering can be avoided if we switch to plant-based foods.

I would say it's probably a kind of "filling the void"... And or not able to dive deep...When diving deep into a topic/hobby, its part of the joruney to reach plateaus, where it gets hard and then its a pattern from many, not to push through it 🤗 I believe it's helpful to have a buddy!

It's so different getting up early... even on Sundays... So much productivity... I don't even recognize myself 🤣
Baking a raw vegan cake (picture coming soon), deepening my understanding of raw vegan nutrition, writing a new blog post for my website, writing a newsletter for my clients and friends, cooking a nice delicious meal, enjoying time with my loved ones "offline".
Today, Monday morning was also already very productive: I wrote two articles published on Yakihonne: https://w3.do/iibBZtYj (part 2) and https://w3.do/8h2dsiqd (part 1) and the learning and writing will continue throughout the day.
I'm also happy to have some sunshine on my face 🌞 And grateful that I had tea and my delicious precious banana-matcha-smoothie 💚
