Raiffeisenbank Bayern Mitte should be pretty welcoming as they are selling/custody Bitcoin themselves. Heard that Sparkasse will enable the same service this year.
I use it at my privacy focused phone(Anon Sim, no KYC apps only, Bitcoin related stuff, all MFA...). Works perfectly fine for me. Not a single issue for over 2 years now. Feels good not to use the surveillance shitshow delivered by Big Tech.

We zapped a lot the last 2 weeks. Anyone noticed a failed transaction beside expired invoices? For me, not a single one. Lightning is nuts.
I'm the only one that cringe when someone just post a LN invoice begging for sats without providing any context or value?

Agree... but the loss of the control over information and money cause devastation to their control over the meat space in the long run. And until it happens we can still vote with our feet and jump to jurisdictions where we are treated best. This is the exact playbook of the sovereign individual.
Are the Govs aware of the fact that Bitcoin and Nostr is on the way to disintegrate their whole control apparatus? All the shitty gatekeepers, censorship, AML and KYC bullshit is absolutely meaningless when we can communicate and zap around freely. All borders are meaningless. All official ID stuff is meaningless. Its like we live through the manifestation of the most important thesis from "the sovereign individual" and its hard for me to wrap my mind around all the potential consequences and the path that lies ahead of us.
I know we are discussing this stuff for years now but it suddenly became so obvious.
