You can go to 1ml.com or amboss and look at some of the bigger nodes and try to connect to some of them. Also try to connect to nodes that your channel peers arent connected to to bring those nodes closer together (less hops) Also the bigger nodes usually have somewhat large channel minimums. Hope this helps!
Lol I asked my wife about this (shes an attorney) and she said the same thing. They cant report it and that most big time criminals usually go to jail for tax fraud and not all the crimes they were commiting...kinda weird
