Seems you like to try a lot of different wallets and solutions which is great for learning more about bitcoin but can sometimes be a bit daunting. Make sure your main bitcoin stack is safely stored in a cold wallet. In case of Ledger the best thing you can do now is to not use their Ledger Live Software anymore and just use it with Sparrow Wallet.
If the Ledger thing is bothering you, you can look into bitcoin only hardware signing devices (wallets) and once you are ready you can move over your funds. Make sure to take your time and don't overrush this.
Why are you giving Umbrel second thoughts? I personally really like the Embassy OS from Start 9 which allow you to run your own node.

You can use the BIP-85 feature from the ColdCard for this, you would only need 1 seed which can generate thousands of child seeds. https://bip85.com/. When doing this you probably also want to use a passphrase for the main seed.
You could send it to your work address as an alternative, use an imaginary co worker name and tell the logistic dept the sender mixed up recipient names.

Segregating your non KYC corn

Something I wasn’t utilising is adding accounts on sparrow to segregate my non KYC corn. ( i was just tracking UTXOs - painful) Its very easy to create a new account, just click add account on the settings tab. He explains why in the podcast.
This podcast is a great listen and the sparrow wallet is sooooo good.pair it with a cold card and you are in good shape.

You could use threaded inserts as a joystick by screwing it on , 2.5mm should do the trick.

- primary key accounts (no email)
- onchain loop out option where user can provide onchain address where alby can send the funds in case alby needs to suspend services
