It's strange that most of them are adult males. It's feeling like an invasion. We can do better than this. We need to make the naturalization process easier and tighten our border security. I don't mind people coming in, but we need it legal. Mass amounts of unchecked immigrants can cripple a nation.

I used to wonder about this...my default position is I want to be able to go anywhere, so so should other people. Equally, however, I don't think it'd be polite to just rock up somewhere and expect to be able to share their resources. Entering with permission is essentially asking before hand "may I share your space, may I share your resources?" Which is just kinda good manners.

The last big navy day I remember now was the festival of the sea, about 20 years ago - somehow, despite living right by it, I've never actually managed to get to the submarine museum, I'd like to go one day though being 6' 4" I'll be needing a hardhat ๐
I'm repurposing my HP Pavilion, it's an i3 processor with 4gb ram and plenty of storage - it's too much hassle taking it on/off the boat so I don't generally use it now, especially since I've set the desktop up at another mates and I've not run a node since the fire in 2020
