Don’t get me wrong. I think it will happen eventually. But calling it “in progress” is a little premature. Global real estate markets are nearly $400 trillion USD. While bitcoin is rapidly maturing, we are just now challenging the biggest stocks on US exchanges. Different leagues
Should we also measure it in $NVDA stock? How about Ethereum? That’s not exactly how that works you know. Despite the capital appreciation of other assets, Real Estate still holds a massive monetary premium. One that is arguably growing - not shrinking.
The price of real estate would likely fall if people/institutions were really selling to accumulate something like bitcoin or gold in its stead… not hit new all time highs

Omggg yes they make the best punch. Idk where you are at, but where I live - we get super cold winters. It’s literally the best thing to sip on in a cold December
My longtime bestie is Mexican / Salvadorian. I love eating at their house 🤤 We always make pozole around Christmas / new years. Cooking with them is always a big family event. Always good times
