Damus asks with a pop up (wish those buttons were further apart) but Primal never ask and I don’t see it in any settings?

In TestFlight, when I delete Damus and Primal and then redownload them again,

only Damus ask me to set up a new account or enter credentials.

On Primal I’m automatically signed in to the account I was signed in with,before I deleted the app.
