Same here, whole family turbo normie. I observed that they are hating themselves pretty seriously, when they are making a mistake they are very hardly berating themselves. I guess everybody is programmed to feel this way: you are killing the planet, your are privileged, your ancestors were the worst people imaginable therefore hate yourself. And when you believe something is wrong with you, you give up looking after yourself and your self interest and spiral into self-hate, addiction and mindless existence.
The goal is to wake up people to love themselves again.
Anybody developing a couch surfing style service on nostr? It would be awesome to stay a couple of nights and explore their area with awesome like minded nostriches all over the world, or hosting somebody in your place you know you can trust. The reputability system would be a breeze to implement with nostr I guess.

The main objective of public schooling is to make sure the kid is identifying with his name. They are making the kid to write down his name every day and they are writing evaluating scores next to his name, and the kid have to take it seriously, the kid has to emotionally respond when his name is called by "authority". It is like a voodoo doll which is used to control him later in his "adult" life. Teaching them the normie science and history is secondary objective.
For years I haven't watched a single JRE podcast, and now I listened to 3 in a row, Tucker, Terrence Howard and Billy Carson. Joe is still a buffoon it was painful to listen his idea to give every american 200k per year and everybody would be happy.

Life Pro Tip:
Don't use any soap, body wash, shampoo when taking a bath/shower. The skin is super good absorbing stuff, think about nicotine or sex hormone patches. Use only vinegar (could be apple cider vinegar too), 1dl 10% vinegar mixed with 1dl water and a couple drop of your favorite essential oil like tea tree or mint. Put 2 socks on your hands and wash your body and hair with the mix and rinse it with water. My skin never felt more clean and smooth after, no more itching and weird residue feeling on my skin, and the body odor causing bacteria seems to be hating vinegar.
