Have you noticed that the mind is the cause of suffering? When the mind is quiet, there is peace. A good meditation is to ask yourself "who am I?" and follow the thought back to its source. This is called self-inquiry. Also, something is aware of thoughts, which means you aren't your mind. The mind is going outward through the senses, but the prize resides in your heart. Objects can never lead to happiness, yet everyone is chasing them. It's best to focus on the eternal self within. I hope you don't mind the advice btw. I'm just trying to help 🙏🙏
