An enterprising individual (not I) should write up a white paper about running an election on #nostr or on similar decentralized freedom tech.

I'd feel much better registering my vote into a trustless, verifiable, anonymous ledger than into a corporate or government closed-source scanning box.

I asked a local politician to see a draft of a document that carves up our small town for renewable energy projects from large corporations.

Instead of receiving the draft, I was told that the document was not publicly available and that I should trust the government.
