Getting hard money into the hands of the average citizen will lead some to this rabbit hole. It would probably be the same people that take the time to research when they vote. So we get the voters.

Merchants are the ticket. Get them onboard and retail could follow. I’m talking about the guy at the liquor store, or the ice cream shop or the boba shop. Get the merchants on board.
