The French government's press release on Telegram CEO Pavel Durov is completely unhinged. It not only references complicity in CSAM, money laundering, organized crime and drug trafficking, but also seems to state that Telegram did not acquire a license to provide "cryptology services".

This is interesting because France apparently *does* have regulations which require licenses for the distribution of cryptology unless used for authentication purposes, as governed by the Code de la Defense.

[Not a lawyer, just researching my way through this hot mess.]

Two reasons:

1. You are using _ on your website so you need to use _ in your profile

2. There is a mismatch between npub in your website and your profile npub

Ok I had to follow you to see it, but then some pictures were not on my relays.

Yup, how to set up as such? It automatically open my speed wallet, but then I am able to Zap using speed wallet.

On receiving, my primal wallet can receive the Zap.

I don't think primal lightning wallet was built to be used externally. Just from inside primal.

Just wondering why my #Amethyst client forgot all my saved emoticons, reactions to posts and replies too :( It seems like it was all saved locally only, letting me think it got posted successfully for such a long time.

This can happen if you switch between amethyst flavours.. Like between Google play and fdroid version.

I’m not certain we have concord.

That’s like a painter asking how many pots of paint I’d like to paint my house with.

The cache size is self determining and a secondary issue to the two points I’ve raised:

1. Clearing the cache doesn’t do what it says.

2. The cache size doesn’t noticeably change the app’s performance significantly as far as I can test.

Also when I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it. With a near zero cache size I don’t see a dramatic performance degradation.

I appreciate Damus has a pseudo relay built in, so I understand the cache reflects this, but even so 8GB for a cache is enormous!

I wonder whether android supports user defined cache. Then each user could configure a maximum that suits them.

#Amethyst has also infrequent issues with bloated cache/data.
