Couple days ago my father asked me, if I regret not having made the driving license. I responded that I regret not being born, before the car autocracy.

I love Feeder, but I dont think its simple enough for the users I have in mind 🤔
Setting up AWS SES as every other option is having insane prices these days surely feels "incredible" 🙄. We really need to come up with a better alternative than newsletters in the Nostr community. I mean the hard part isn't the tech, but how to smoothly convert the lazy boomers to such an alternative 🙈...
Maybe an extremely barebones, clean nostr client that lets you subscribe to nostr keys via QRCode AND without setting up an own key/pair first. Plus it should come with an option to get notifications when you subscribe.
Then when you have a website and wanna promote your newslettster you just point the visitors to the app and show the QRCode of your feed.
Yeah, lets go 😂. Regulation does fix everything 🐑🐑🥳🐑🐑 - sarcasm off 😬
A friend with stronger muscles than me was able to unscrew the thing 🥳, battery replacement done and all ready for a linux reinstall 🐧!
Thank you for the tip 🙏. Currently I have to look how I can even financially survive the next day, but if my financial situation ever magically changes I gonna think about it 😂.
Seriously but screws must have been invented by an autocrat 🙄
Thats the goal. First make them believe that what they own is worth nothing (2025), then make them own nothing at all (2030).
Of course my old Dell laptop would come with exactly one fully cemented screw so that I cannot replace the damned battery. Never gonna buy a laptop from these anti-consumer corpos ever again.
Theres a state 😃? I only see dozens of too-big-to-fail, arrogant, human-ran mafias with quasi-monopolies on violence all around my sleeping place 😂
all good 😅, p.s. you should have received the answer to your pm a couple hours ago :).
Regarding the preview: the editor is essentially the preview. If you press on the currently active toolbar button (create, write, move...), the editor goes into an idle mode visualizing the real page as close as possible. Then there is also a slider between the page frame and sidebar, moving the slider allows you to test different screen sizes.
Having a way to also preview a page outside of the editor is a missing feature (https://codeberg.org/nitropage/nitropage/issues/86).

I have received your pm though. My whole weekend was full of phantosmia seizures and so I asocially focused pretty much on coding in the little time that was left of it. Gonna answer you on your pm after this message here.
Nitropage was specifically made for small-mid size projects including yours, I didnt make NP for the Government and Microsoft... Quite to the contrary, you are actually wasting my time by not using Nitropage 😂. Because the thousands of hours I invested into the making of the tool, become valuable at the moment, when it actually is being used by other humans.
That said, I would be very interested in your feedback and the experience you had with the playground - I assume you tried it out 😃?
Finishing the weekend with another release!! Nitropage v0,64 is out 😀🍄🔧🪠! It brings basic support for variable fonts, a new option to load fonts via CDN and a couple overall tweaks.

Good point, that might explain a lot 🤔
This is one of the most crucial features that I always wanted to have in a #CMS and one of the main reasons why I started to work on Nitropage.
Last but not least the layout acts as a fragment, direct child elements placed inside a layout are rendered to the parent of the layout. Wanna use a sticky header navigation in a layout? You can.
Internally a layout is stored like a page and has revisions. Meaning you can make changes to a layout and publish them whenever you want or even revert to an older state.
Such a layout can have user defined slots, places for parent-provided content. And you can use layouts in other layouts. This system is truly composable.
Layouts allow users to create reusable compositions of elements, without touching a single line of code.
Imagine you wanna reuse a layout consisting of a header, body and a footer across several pages. Now you can!
