Sick of hearing people refer to politicians as leaders.

They aren't leaders. They are representatives, and they are scumbags.

Presidents are leaders, they are not rulers. But they are meant to lead us to wealth, safety and prosperity, not our destruction, and our current guy thinks he's King Brandon.

Congress are representatives who just happen to think they are very deserving Gods. We need a meaningful smackdown, then elect people who will crack the whip and clean up the federal agencies, not just the spy and 'justice' guys. EPA, BATFE, frickin' OSHA. All of them. Take a page from Javier Milei and prune the Federal tree.

But we agree on scumbags.

Nostr is interesting but there is less hassle with Mastodon, which is also kind of anarchist and contrarian. It's always a bit funny when people who are into very niche things disagree about which niche is the right one and get into arguments.
