It can alienate potential users who are interested in Alby but don’t have an invite. This can lead to frustration, resentment, and negative word-of-mouth. It can also reduce the app’s reach and visibility. It will eventually create a homogeneous user base which will create non segmentation, masses with same preferences. Not good.
