The last time I was on a keto diet because of my health conditiion - high cholesterol and almost diabetes -I lost a lot, near 10 kg over 3 months. My body also got back to normal. This time I'm doing 3 times a week extreme workout, the results are very compelling ao far. But I must say losing 25kg over a 6 months period is a great achievement.

I wish you all the best. After the struggle to lose any more (I was still 115kg) I ended up beyond 140kg. I just found it very challenging mentally. I ended up going with the gastric sleeve.

It’s almost a month since I have started the #ketogenic diet. The dizziness from lack of glucose is gone and I feel my body welcomes good fat better than before. I use egg for glazing since I can’t use any flour based sauce.

It worked really well for me for about six months, and I lost about 25kgs, however I got to a point that no matter how strict I was, I couldn’t lose any more.
