We donate where we see value, but this can be erratic and unpredictable which is why I said that about funding devs directly. I hope to use Donations on Geyser more in the future. It helps me learn, not being from a developer background. But I'd rather see sats or even fiat currency travel directly to the project or developer.
There are some amazing projects and also media channels still with no sponsors, it's a shame if attention gravitates to those that get most 'engagement'. I feel there's need for more opensource cross-endorsement, education, and this would help gain traction.

I like the idea a human might pull out a drivers licence a passport, or some other cred. If an organization can't figure out a webserver, or publishing the npub on their domain, they could smile holding their business card.
