Good choice. I still have an occasional drink - not even one a week - but you’re right. It fucks with your sleep quality something fierce. I used wear an Oura ring and that was the clear message. It was easy to break the habit with that kind of feedback.

Pure awesomness! And that's only the beginning! I still have a whole lot of resources available. Memory is only at 20% utilization.
