Also was a figure in the Moulin Rouge (though I'm most familiar with the character in the movie of the same name)

My own variation on that:

Go to people/pros who use something a lot to get an idea of what's worth getting. Artists who draw with a lot of pencil on paper know good erasers, smokers know good lighters, etc

nostr:npub1jdnjk3rursksr6s6sc4wdst4ag9sf9fvrnqc7f5mfsegps07gh2q42ycw3 if you're extroverted, you'll typically tend to go outside more often. most people don't have their entire social life in a single building. being extroverted and also outdoorsy is an extremely common combination.

some people enjoy being indoors. it's comfortable here. i don't get hot or cold. all the things i need are here. i only walk if i'm going somewhere, which is what legs are for.

so just replace "introverted" with "indoorsy" and read my original post again.

in other words, your attitude is still condescending.

Being introverted means being drained by interacting with a number of other people, it's not specific to being indoors or outdoors. Getting away from people could just include going for a walk in the woods or sitting by a stream. The Japanese literally have a term for it, forest bathing. Getting out in nature is good for you.

If you'd meant indoorsy in the first place, you'd have used it to begin with. Chill out.

Insomnia med with caffeine: does the doc even ask about whether the insomnia was from stimulants too late in the day? Yeesh. Also, that's an insane melatonin dose atop it all. I only take 1mg time released since not much is needed

Symphonic metal is one of several subgenres of metal I think you'd enjoy. Power metal also tends to be less harsh. Not all metal has to use features of subgenres like thrash or black metal, as a couple examples. I don't like harsh vocals unless they're used sparingly.

Antti here makes wonderful epic soundtrack music that frequently incorporates metal that I don't think would bother your ears

Sounds like a schizo or Q-tard wrote the post. The chems were burned, not detonated.
