Developer, Technical Artist, Tinkerer. Forced to find a new way.

2008 - 2010 housing crisis. No, it's not new. It's been going on since before then just different people. Ted Turner was the largest land owner in the US for a long time before Gates took that Mantel. See it yet? Blackrock is a weapon used as a tool, I agree. It has no place being that closely tied to the gov. Needs to be broken.

No, we've seen it before. These types were always broken up before they became too much of an issue. Not anymore. Look at the shareholders and owners of their funds. They wait until a crisis bottoms out a market, say housing and swoop in and buy it up and cheapest prices possible. Then fix it up and attempt to RENT at a premium. You will own nothing, and be happy. You will rent at any price because it's such a good idea it's mandatory.

generous and a good way to get people moving to the idea of actually using zaps.

"without unnecessary constraints" is the part I always have a small twitch about. It's a users networking capacity and machine. Devs need to pay a little more attention to how many requests they are generating and just how large or small they are, in reality. Not all do, and it does get out of control.

It's not unreasonable to ask devs to use only the resources they truly need.

That it does. The feed though does come off as different. At least it did for me. Good on you for trying out your options.☕
