Years ago we had a fundraiser … since we knew they were “difficult” we sent them all the documentation of the charity event we were organizing … they froze our account the very same day with no reason & no way to unfreeze …

La razón es que ya van dos veces que ponen en riesgo la seguridad de sus clientes.
Hace años, les hackearon una base de datos con información personal de sus clientes (Nombres, direcciones, teléfonos etc).
Ahora, trataron de implementar un sistema de recuperación en el que tus palabras clave se envían encriptadas a un tercero por si algún día las pierdes.
Por seguridad, tus palabras clave NUNCA deben dejar tu Wallet. Con esto, abrieron la puerta a que fuera posible y perdieron la confianza que habían ganado.
No tengo quejas en su uso y nunca ha habido un incidente con Ledger, pero prefiero saber que estoy guardando mis sats en un lugar sin 🚩
