Yeah I get that, I think the brain wallet concept is very cool, but I've heard the argument that brain wallets are only really a good idea if you're fleeing a country and no one knows that you know the keys. Otherwise geographically dispersed multi-sig is the gold standard for security of your main HODL. There's no easy way for you to surrender your coins that way.

If you know your 12 words, and an attacker knows that you know them, a gun or knife could coerce you to surrender the 12 words.

But your biggest mistake was letting the world know that you know those twelve words... now you are potential prey for the wrench attack 😬

I considered having two channels, one fully doxxed and open and the second one as Suedonymous. But I am mega lazy when it comes to socials management... 😂 i don't think i have the attention to switch between two channels... maybe one day if i think it's really worth it.

That's a solid purchase right there! I've been doing the same thing with music, In my twenties I had hundreds of CD's but sold them all in bulk for like a dollar each when I moved out of the country. Now i'm regularly going to my local flee market and restocking on all my favourites. Physical media is true ownership. I still stream music for convenience, but there's a peace of mind that comes in owning your favourites and the sound quality is much better.
