just found the best method to not spend too much money on clothes if you want to stack more. Charity shop, it’s a hack. Just found designer shirt for about 2 quid. Now I don’t have to buy clothes for the rest of the year!

I’m still sceptical of ice cold therapy. It could be another scam the matrix has brought upon us e.g health influencers trying to make out its life changing. I suppose you have to be extremely disciplined to step in an ice bath factoring out the recovery aspect. I look at alternatives such as red light for recovery but definitely all worth the research.
