Ist deine Schulter komplett raus? Generell Bewegungen, die die Rotatoren heilen sind gut. Auch mal auf YouTube external rotation shoulder exercise, wenn dich das interessiert, hat mir sehr geholfen. Rein rücken empfehle ich beim unteren eine 70€ Rückenstrecker Maschine zu kaufen und dann Rüclenstreckung und auch die Flanken seitlich zu trainieren, da brauchst du die Schultern gar nicht. Um Trapez 3 zu trainieren wirst du aber um die Schultern nicht rum kommen und der Muskel erzeugt bei ganz vielen Leuten Spannungen im oberen Rücken.

Hey, not what you asked for but as Someone into BTC myself this is something I would want to know. Look I to seedsigner and the advantages it has over coldcard to maximize security and truly air gap the seed. On the lightning front I’m struggling as somehow my node won’t connect to others.
The basic idea of zaps is to reward good content and avoid bot spamming. I’m not decided on what is the best way at the moment, but I do see a possibility for people to give likes too much weight and enabling bot manipulation again. Likes are essentially Fiat money as they hold no weight and it isn’t verifiable whether the account leaving it is real.
How did you get interested in nostr? Everyone I know that got into it was into the decentralization aspect of #bitcoin

How much does the 500gb run you down for? This doesn’t sound bad. I do need zoom sometimes but other than that no top speed is necessary.
I am in an amazingly lucky position where we can afford apps for our kids. My daughter still earns her own sats and has control of them at the age of 6.

To be honest it might be a good thing not to have kids on social media too much. It’s mostly harmful to them and a healthy social media could also mean that people who can’t make decisions in terms of sound money, shouldn’t really be consuming all sorts of highly addictive content and be exposed to everything on these platforms. We don’t allow kids to drink alcohol and arguably social media is just as damaging to a psyche.
