P2P is always an option of course, but I was looking for something more streamlined so I can move towards living on a bitcoin standard.

The idea was to only exchange to fiat if necessary. And while there is a local exchange that provides this type of service, they charge an outrageous 8% "transaction fee" at an exchange rate significantly below market. So thats a no go.
