Oh that’s cool, hope you had a good time? We are actually away in NJ right now. Back to MA tomorrow.
Nothing noticeable. We get compensated for the energy at the end of season (in the fall) and our batteries should have plenty left to see us through to sunrise tomorrow am when they’ll recharge from the roof. In the event the batteries run below our predetermined limit tonight we simply pull from the grid to replenish slightly. It’s all done automatically.

It’s happening. We are dumping 10.3kW of #energy into the grid from our batteries just as everyone is getting home from work and cranking up their A/C, contributing to a total of 10.7MW. Kinda like #proofofwork. Cool.

Tomorrow our home’s battery storage is participating in its first VPP event, something we have been eagerly anticipating. Essentially our home will be joining a fleet of other homes to form a ‘virtual power plant’ and support the grid during this heatwave. In total there are 1441 homes taking part for two hours, and we’ll be compensated for the energy we provide. Very cool. It feels appropriate to use those funds for #bitcoin.

You can’t go wrong with a Casio or Fuji, just depends on what kind of megapixels is acceptable.

Yeah, sometimes you have to manifest.

I’m a sucker for boardwalks raised up above water like this.
Perhaps the value of art made by humans actually increases dramatically in the era of artificial intelligence?
Congrats, Happy Father’s Day! #7 for me.

Yeah, I love the ‘Bitcoin is money, use it as such’ mantra but at the same time I don’t particularly want to part with the sats I have!
Would you say that you’d feel much more inclined to buy someone’s product or creation if you could pay with #bitcoin?

It depends on the chemistry of the cells, but with regards to rechargeable camera batteries you are probably correct.
