It seems like people are angry and scared about the market because the perception is that the retired and fixed income are suffering now for future gains of others.

What they are missing is that the shortsightedness and instant gratification of 100 years of monetary policy have lead us to this situation where their hard earned savings are consistently melted away with money printing, forcing them to be in more volatile retirement positions than they should be in.

Like always, the answer they are asking for, without them even realizing it, is to kick the can down the road to future generations.

I’d love to see the prompt with which this image was generated 🤣

“The Big Print” audiobook is now LIVE!

Thank you nostr:npub1d3f4m9dgvkdjxn26pqzsxn6lpfn78sxwllxyt8mp76q0a9zyyjlswhr4xv for giving me the opportunity to give voice to your words — you wrote a damn fine book.

To anyone who hasn’t read the book yet, I hope you will listen to it and share it with your friends, family, and strangers on the internet. And if you’ve already read it, I hope you’ll listen to it again for good measure.

I just reply “I still don’t have to work anymore. How are you?”

Is it silly to spend $17 on an upgraded heatsink for my #Bitaxe when I’m only mining 65 sats per day, best case?

If I increase that to 75 sats per day with the new heatsink and overclocking, what is my time to ROI if the sats increase in value at an average annualized return of 43%, while the $17 decrease in value at -5% annualized? Assume zero energy cost with solar, no halving, constant mining rate, 100% uptime and no other variables.

Does #nostr have spreadsheets yet? 🤔

Got my #Bitaxe up and running and mined my first 50 sats as part of the #Braiins mining pool today!

Just bought my first #bitaxe! I plan to build the next few. Will be powering them with solar.

You mean the “coming up” sound bite of the guest, right? Not your intro with the block height and value of bitcoin?

What if #Microstrategy is secretly the US building a strategic #bitcoin reserve without alerting other nations to the fact? 🤔 Maybe that’s why nostr:nprofile1qqs2xs05tluhtr6hpgsmqqxp04898gayjlyrjlexcrndv8j6el784xqtg3trx has met with the administration so often and has such a huge smile?

It would be a huge legacy to leave for a man who already has all of the money he needs. It’s being funded with low cost non-taxpayer debt. The bonds could essentially be paid out in bitcoin backed US treasuries at a later time through a not altogether unfair bait-and-switch (bond holders still have exposure to Bitcoin in this scenario).

I don’t know anything about anything, but it’s a fun thought experiment… and it wouldn’t be the most sneaky thing the government has done…

Get the lady that wrote that email some sats!
