"I have a willingness to be vulnerable in the pursuit of truth."

Just wanted to call this out, and let it hang there a bit.

Jack, thanks for being you. Thanks for loving yourself and, in turn, exposing your true being to the world ... and, in turn, changing the world -- because people are inspired by those they trust.

To love #bitcoin and #Nostr, you need to love yourself. It is why the communities are so strong, and the people here so amazing. Everything we give is unconitionally additive to an already strong foundation. No handouts or subsidies or distortion.

"Tariifs, until China threatens the USD by dumping Treasuries, and then -- 'no tariffs, everyone is exempt, including all sorts of stuff made by China."

The thought that the US is holding all the cards is looking increasingly flawed right now.

I'm thinking ... the US is attacking China's export revenue. In return, China can attack the US' biggest export -- the US dollar. China owns some ~$750bn of Treasuries, which they can sell. Within 18 hours of Treasuries starting sell off this past Tuesday, the US put a pause on tariffs (for everyone but China) -- but, point being: Does China care more about losing 15% of its exports, or does the US care more about the Treasury market? I'm not convinced the US has the upper hand?!

Trump and Bessent, despite the bravado, look scared. They need lower rates, fast. China knows this, and hold some $760bn of Treasuries. Does the US need lower rates, more than China needs US consumers?
